This handwoven willow shoulder basket is both practical and elegant. Its gently tapered shape sits comfortably against the body while the sturdy weave keeps its contents secure. The soft leather strap is reinforced with stitching and copper rivets for lasting strength. Please note that the strap is non-adjustable.
Ideal for carrying everyday essentials, a packed lunch, a sketchbook and pencils, or a knitting project on the go.
Woven with three varieties of willow, white, steamed Brittany Green and Dicky Meadows – which is traditionally grown for finer baskets due to its strong and slender nature.
Size: Basket – 32cm long by 21cm wide at the base, tapering to 25cm long by 16cm wide at the border. Height is 19cm at the lowest point and 24cm at the highest point. Tan leather strap – 105cm long by 2cm wide.
