This handwoven willow shoulder basket is both practical and elegant. Its gently tapered shape sits comfortably against the body while the sturdy weave keeps its contents secure. The soft leather strap is reinforced with stitching and copper rivets for lasting strength. Please note that the strap is non-adjustable.
Ideal for carrying everyday essentials, a packed lunch, a sketchbook and pencils, or a knitting project on the go.
Woven with Dicky Meadows and steamed Brittany Green willows, traditionally grown for finer baskets due to their strong and slender nature.
Size: Basket – 28cm long by 17cm wide at the base, tapering to 24cm long by 15cm wide at the border. Height is 17cm at the lowest point and 18cm at the highest point. Tan leather strap – 102cm long by 2cm wide.
